Voting Instructions

As a member of DOLFCU, Your Financial Cooperative,
you have the privilege of electing your volunteer
Board of Directors.

Members may vote for up to three (3) candidates. The candidates selected will serve three (3) year terms.

Please refer to the Final Slate of Candidates that was mailed to your home or visit https://dolfcu.cuballot.com , for pertinent biographical information.

To give every member a chance to vote and keep election costs low, we are offering three voting methods. You may choose to vote online, by telephone, or by requesting a paper ballot.

There are three ways to vote:

Vote Online

You may vote for the candidates of your choice by going to https://dolfcu.cuballot.com and clicking on the election icon. You will be asked to provide your Member ID and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. The candidates will be listed and you simply click on the ones you wish to vote for.

Vote by Telephone

You may use the telephone to vote for your candidates. Call (866) 449-6232 (toll free). You will be asked to provide your Member ID and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. The candidate names will be called off one at a time and you simply speak ìyesî or ìnoî after each one. At the end, your choices will be read back to you for confirmation.

Vote by Paper (by request only)

If you prefer to vote via paper ballot, call (866) 449-6232 (toll-free). You will be asked to provide your Member ID and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. The ballot will be mailed to the address on file with the credit union.

Paper ballots will include a business reply permit return envelope. Paper ballots must be received on or before the close of the election, May 6th, 2020, to be counted. Ballots will not be available in branches and will not be accepted at branches.

The 2021 Election run through Sunday, May 2, 2021 @ 11:59pm.

Election results will be announced at the Virtual Annual Meeting,
Monday, May 17, 2021 @ 12 noon.
