Over the past 12 months, DOLFCU has evolved. We have focused on meeting your needs by adding functionality to our mobile banking platform to make it more convenient for you to manage your finances. We added Mobile Wallet payments, Account to Account (A2A) transfers at other financial institutions, and Pay Anyone (P2P) from your DOLFCU account. We expanded Card Control options for your security and we added eStatement access to the mobile app for your convenience. 

We are not stopping at these enhancements. DOLFCU is committed to offering convenience and outstanding service. Despite our recent evolution, we still have more work to do. We will continue to add services and products to meet your needs and serve as the foundation of your financial success.

Although the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we work and live, DOLFCU is here and committed to offering you a convenient and service-oriented experience.

Things You Need to Know Before Visiting (Walk-In)

Our branches are open and available for transactions for members with access to FPB or BLS only.

  • No more than 2 members are permitted in a branch at a time.
  • Temperatures will be checked upon entry.
  • Face coverings are to be worn properly at all times while in the branch.
  • Please adhere to social distancing practice by following the signage.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are provided around the branch for use.

24/7 Access

We encourage you to continue to take advantage of our 24/7 tools to conduct your transactions from anywhere!

  • ATM Access – DOLFCU is part of a network that provides convenient, surcharge-free* ATM access nationally and internationally. ATM terminals within the network can be found at many credit unions and select retail locations including 7-Eleven, Walgreens, and Costco. Find an ATM location near you, or anywhere with a CO-OP, CUHere, MoneyPass, or Alliance One logo.

  • CO-OP Shared Branching – You can access your accounts and conduct business nationwide at any of the participating credit union locations within the CO-OP Shared Branch network, just as if you were at your home branch. Find locations near your home or work. Services vary from one location to another. Check with individual branches before your visit for a complete menu of available services and to ensure that the lobby is open.

  • It’s Me 247 Online Banking – Login and access your online account. Need an It's Me 247 login? Contact us and we'll set you up with temporary credentials right away!
  • Mobile Banking – Search "DOLFCU" in your Apple or Android app store. Once you've downloaded the app, log in using your existing It's Me 247 Online Banking credentials to get started! DOLFCU's Mobile App includes enhanced login options, makes mobile deposit easy, and provides a streamlined user experience.
