Another benefit that is available to members through Online Banking is My Virtual StrongBox. This secure cloud storage tool makes life simpler, while making your personal information more secure.

It's easy to upload confidential digital documents as well as your statements and DOLFCU receipts to your Virtual StrongBox. It’s easy to access your documents, no matter where you are, whenever you log in to Online Banking. The tool allows you to share documents online as well, with an accountant or family member, or directly with DOLFCU.
Virtual StrongBox provides:

Deposit checks using the It’s Me 247 Mobile Banking App! Simply snap a picture of your check, review the deposit amount and click deposit. It’s secure, simple, and efficient!

Once you have downloaded and logged in to the It’s Me 247 Mobile Banking App, navigate to “Move Money”, then select “Register” to get started! Enrollment in this service is required and available to eligible members only. Please contact a DOLFCU Member Services Representative if you have questions regarding your eligibility. Mobile Check Deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal. All deposits are subject to DOLFCU’s Funds Availability Policy. Please refer to DOLFCU’s Membership & Account Disclosure for more information.

* A data connection is required for this service. DOLFCU does not charge a fee for the use of the Mobile Banking App; however, normal data usage rates may be assessed by your wireless carrier.

The benefits of using Mobile Wallet

  • Contactless. Avoid germs with a transaction that is both cashless and minimizes the need to touch shared surfaces.
  • May help reduce fraud. The data store in Mobile Wallets is encrypted, meaning your actual card numbers aren’t transmitted while making a payment.
  • Organization. It can help you organize everything from credit cards, membership cards, customer loyalty cards and more!
  • Saves you time! Pay quickly by holding your phone over the payment terminal and verifying the purchase. Most transactions can be completed in a few seconds.
  • Shop online or on the go… Forget about typing in card numbers when shopping online from your phone. You can pay for some purchases with your Mobile Wallet.

How to add your DOLFCU card to Mobile Wallet

Please follow these instructions to set up and use your DOLFCU Credit and/or Debit Card within the Wallet App on your mobile phone to pay in-store.

Step 1: Add your DOLFCU Credit and/or Debit cards to your the Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay App.

Step 2: Look for the contactless symbol in-store as you check out!

Step 3: Hold your phone up to the symbol on the contactless terminal.

To use your Mobile Wallet online and in-app, look for the Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay logo (depending on your phone) when you are ready to complete your purchase. Click to login and pay.

Pay Anyone

Send Money to Anyone Using the DOLFCU Mobile App or It's Me 247 Online Banking!

Similar to other P2P (person to person) services, Pay Anyone allows you to send money directly from your DOLFCU account to anyone, anytime - for FREE!  This is a great way to split a dinner check, pay your rent, send funds to a child at college or even give a cash gift. Your payment will arrive in 1-2 business days.

First-time users will need to enroll in Pay Anyone using either DOLFCU's Mobile App or It's Me 24 Online Banking. You will be asked to complete enrollment information by accepting a new use/terms agreement and confirming your email address. If an incorrect email is presented, please enter the correct email. Once you confirm your email address, you may immediately begin using Pay Anyone.

Making a P2P Payment Using DOLFCU's Mobile App

From the Mobile Banking entry screen, click Pay Anyone. On the next screen, select Pay Someone. Enter the payment information and a create a security question/answer. Click Submit to send the payment.

Only the security question is sent to the recipient in a text/email. For security purposes, you will need to provide the recipient with the special security answer in order for the recipient to verify his/her identity and accept payment. NOTE: The security answer is not case sensitive.*

Making a P2P Payment Using It's Me 247 Online Banking

From the It's Me 247 home screen, select the Pay Anyone button from the Pay & Transfer drop-down menu. Enter the payment information and a create a security question/answer. Click Submit to send the payment.

Only the security question is sent to the recipient in a text/email. For security purposes, you will need to provide the recipient with the special security answer in order for the recipient to verify his/her identity and accept payment. NOTE: The security answer is not case sensitive.*

* The recipient has 3 attempts to accurately answer the security question that they need to answer to receive the funds. Once they have reached the maximum number of attempts, the transaction will be updated as failed, and another P2P transfer will need to be created.

The recipient must accept the transaction within 10 days. Failure to accept the transaction within the 10 day window will result in an unsuccessful transaction attempt, and another P2P transfer will need to be created.

Once the recipient collects the funds, the money should be deposited into the recipient’s account in roughly 1-2 business days. The funds are not withdrawn from the member’s account until the recipient accepts the transfer.

 

 

eStatements

Make the Switch to eStatements Today

Get your statements when you want them, online. Replace printed statements with a free electronic version that can be viewed on a secure website. eStatements arrive sooner than paper statements and can be viewed from any device. Plus they are more environmentally friendly than paper statements!

Enroll

Use the eStatements Enrollment page to sign up to receive your account statements electronically through It’s Me 247. eStatements give you access to up to 12 months of account statements. You may view, print, or even save them to your local computer.

Choose the enrollment option you wish from the list at the bottom of the page. Enter your email address, then click Accept. You can immediately view your statements, or return to It’s Me 247 at a later time and click the eStatements button on the main menu. (Separate help will be available while viewing your statements, to explain the eStatement viewing and printing options.)

A notification email will be sent to you each month or quarter (depending on when you would normally receive your account statement). For security reasons, the statement itself will not be attached to the email; you must log in to It’s Me 247 using your account number and password to view statements from our secure server.

If you have already signed up for eStatements, you can use this page to change the enrollment option you’ve selected, or un-enroll completely so that you will begin receiving your statement via the regular mail again as before.

Go to the homepage and click "First Time User" in the white online banking box. Follow the prompts to set up access to your online account. Or contact us and we'll set you up with a temporary credentials right away!
