The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been and continues to be a growing concern amongst us all. This health pandemic has taken over the news cycle, disrupted schedules and businesses, and is unfortunately impacting the livelihood and health of citizens around the country. I want you to know that your credit union, DOLFCU, understands you may have been impacted and need our assistance.

We are here to help you! We have been taking precautions here in our branch locations to ensure our employees remain healthy and able to serve. In the event that our branch locations (Frances Perkins Building and Bureau of Labor Statistics Building) are forced to close due to government building mandates, you have alternative access to your account.

As a member, you have access to over 5,000 shared co-op branches and over 30,000 ATM’s in our network through Co-Op Shared Branching. You also have access to your accounts online 24/7 through Online Banking and the DOLFCU Mobile App.

If you have been directly impacted by COVID-19, we are here to help you. We are ready to help you with solutions such as emergency loans, payment assistance or deferrals, as well as other options depending on your unique circumstances. Do not hesitate to contact us.
