Coronavirus (COVID-19) updated 4/30/20

Dear Member,

I hope you remain in good spirits and good health. As we begin a new month, we continue to prioritize your safety and would like to express our appreciation for the important work you do. While you are fighting for the nation's workforce, we are working hard for you.

Easier Online Access through your Personal Internet Branch

While I am hopeful that we will be able to resume our normal branch operating hours in the coming weeks, your Personal Internet Branch (online banking and mobile banking) is always open. I encourage you to explore the many features now available. We have recently added “First Time User” functionality, as well as the ability to reset your password if you are locked out.

Alerts & Fraud Protection + New Transfer Options Coming Soon

Within your Personal Internet Branch you can set up balance alerts or transaction alerts. These are great tools for avoiding fees and fraud prevention. You can also lock or unlock your card if lost or stolen and deposit checks via our remote deposit function in mobile banking. Soon, we'll be making it easier to transfer money in and out of your DOLFCU account with “account 2 account” functionality.

Lower Transaction Requirements for Reward Checking

For those members with Reward Checking, we heard you! We have lowered the monthly debit card transaction requirement from 20 to 15 to earn the higher interest rate. NOTE: Rates are reviewed monthly and adjusted as needed, with the approval of your volunteer Board of Directors. View the latest rates.

Vote Online for Your Board of Directors

Please be sure to cast your vote online before midnight on May 6th. You may also vote by phone or request a paper ballot. Currently, our Annual meeting is scheduled to be held at the Frances Perkins Building on May 20th. Please watch out for updates and potential scheduling changes as this important meeting approaches.

As your financial cooperative, we are always committed to serving you. We will continue to find ways to meet your needs and challenges. Please stay safe, healthy, and vigilant. Thank you for being a valued member of DOLFCU.
